Directions

Apply 2-3 pumps (5ml, equivalent to approximately 100mg of elemental magnesium) into the palm of your hand and massage into the affected area as often as required. Rub in well for best results.

You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest, and arms anytime during the day to assist in relaxation.
